Looking to break his own record with a sixth title defence, Kasey Kash entered the match against Liz Karlson. What followed was arguably the most brutal Livewire Title Match of all time. Light tubes, broken glass, steel chairs - the works. Karlson was able to use the 3xF++ kick to drive some light tubes into Kasey's head to put the champion down and her first OATH title.
