ANNUAL ACHIEVEMENTS

TRIAL BY FIRE

The Trial By Fire Match is a yearly, full roster gauntlet match that was first introduced in 2020. The year the World Title was defended in the match.

2020 - ERIK HOLLAND

EVENT HORIZON SERIES

The Event Horizon is a round robin tournament where the winner earns a World Championship match at the Event Horizon iPPV. The first year that the EHS took place, the winner was crowned as the first OATH World Champion.

WILDCARD SERIES

The Wildcard Series is a single elimination tournament. The first year it was contested it crowned the first ever Intrepid Champion. The second year it crowned the first ever Livewire Champion.

OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS

KEEPER OF THE SKELETON KEY

Whomever holds the Skeleton Key can demand a championship match of their choosing, whenever they desire. The Key can only be used once and then it is returned to OATH management.

1. WENDY WYNNE

"The Wicked Witch" Wendy Wynne won a one night tournament in Japan featuring competitors from both OATH Pro Wrestling and Japan's Wrestling Kakumei promotion. Wynne first defeated Kozutsami Jiro in round one and Aura Everton in the finals to become the first Keeper Of The Key. Sadly Wendy Wynne was unable to use the key before her contract expired.

"The Huntress" defeated Maverick, and Sydney St. Clair in a Ladder Match to become the new Keeper Of The Key after the key had been dormant for nearly a year!

For the second time in a row the Keeper Of The Skeleton Key would leave the company before using the Key. A new Keeper was decided in OATH's first ever Ultimate X Match when Tyler Matthews defeated AJ Jenkynx, Cassidy Kane, Liz Karlson, and Maverick with help from All Eyez On Us.

In order to try and get himself back into the World Title picture, Matt Shields attacked Tyler Matthews and challenged him to a Falls Count Anywhere Match for the Skeleton Key. The curse continued as Matthews would lose that match and thus be unable to use the key for a title shot of his choice.

5. AJ JENKYNX

Back 2 Business: Night Two

06/14/21

 

A new Keeper for the Skeleton Key was decided at Back 2 Business in OATHs second ever Ultimate X matchup, in what was a brutal affair, we saw AJ Jenkynx defeat Minoru Tanahashi, Kai D. Oh, Leah Aguero, Ollie Linkoln and Alex Pierce to claim the key for himself.
